Organizing Clips in a Project

Manage and arrange clips within your project for a polished final video.

Viewing All Clips

All clips in your project are displayed as scene cards in the sidebar. Each card shows a preview of the clip's content.

Reordering Clips

To change the order of your clips:

  1. Find the clip you want to move in the sidebar

  2. Drag it to the desired position

  3. The new order is saved automatically

Clip order determines the sequence when you combine clips for export.

Deleting a Clip

To remove a clip from your project:

  1. Open the clip menu

  2. Select Delete

  3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleting a clip is permanent within the project.

Clip Naming

Give your clips descriptive names to keep your project organized, especially for multi-clip projects:

  • "01 - Intro"

  • "02 - Feature Overview"

  • "03 - Call to Action"

Tips

  • Plan your flow — Sketch out the clip order before creating them

  • Keep clips focused — Each clip should cover one topic or scene

  • Use checkpoints for variations — Use checkpoints to try different directions without losing your current version
